Shipping Policy – ELAVIAH Gifts

At ELAVIAH Gifts, we currently offer shipping within the United States for products fulfilled through our fulfillment partners.

Shipping Rates

For products fulfilled through ShineOn, the following shipping options are currently available:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): $5.99 USD — estimated transit time of 2–5 business days.
  • Priority Shipping (FedEx): $11.99 USD — estimated transit time of 1–2 business days.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Processing and Production Times

Some of our products are made to order or personalized. These products are produced after an order is placed.

Production typically takes 1–2 business days before the order is shipped.

The total delivery time may therefore include both production time and shipping transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times shown above are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Other circumstances affecting the carrier or fulfillment process

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to the carrier or fulfillment provider because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer through the email address associated with the order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the order has shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

For damaged items, please provide photographs of the product and packaging when possible so that we can work with our fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

At this time, products fulfilled through ShineOn are available for shipping within the United States only.
