Return & Refund Policy – ELAVIAH Gifts

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ELAVIAH Gifts.

Return Requests
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to request a return, cancellation, or exchange, please contact us before sending any product back so we can provide you with the appropriate instructions.

Order Cancellations
We process orders for production as quickly as possible. A cancellation or change may be possible if production has not yet started. Once production has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us with photos of the product and, if possible, the packaging. We will work with our fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate solution or replacement when applicable.

Personalized Products
Because some personalized products are made specifically for each order, returns may be subject to a deduction when the item cannot be resold.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges and shipping protection fees are non-refundable when applicable to the order.

Please do not send any product back without first receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
